Procedure

At the beginning of the group meeting there is opportunity for announcements and things you want to inform the group about. After the announcements, there will be a presentation (see below for a schedule).

Fika

On the following Monday, the group meeting presenter usually provides cake (or more generally fikabröd) for the Monday 3 o'clock fika. If the presenter is someone from outside the group, or there is another reason, there is a common fika fund (which we all contribute to from time to time) that will provide us with fikabröd.

Feedback

Responsible

Currently Noemi is the chairwoman of the group meetings and Alvaro takes minutes of all announcements and send them to the Chemical Physics mail list afterwards (time-scale varies #burn).

The schedule for the group meetings can be found in the common Google Calendar here. Sometimes announcements end up here (it's been a while, though).
