Education strategy workshop for Computer Science and Engineering – workshop summary

Introduction

The goal of this workshop was to bring together representatives from all divisions to discuss the strategy for education at the department. The expected outcome was a wanted position of the education in 2020 and a set of action points to bootstrap the work towards that wanted position. All divisions were represented by two representatives – a director of studies, head of division or a designated senior staff member. Each participant had been asked to prepare three trends in the education which were important for his/her division. During the workshop the group decided upon the most important development directions and discussed the wanted position, roadmap and milestones to achieve the wanted position.
