The main idea behind this change is to connect the course better with the rest of the education in CS and also to the course in functional programming that students runs in parallel.
D line is interested in the project but will not run this course in 2015.
Since D line is also contributing to the development of this course (something I didn't know last September) I think 10% of Koen's salary from DV is a bit too much. 5-7% should be a better estimation.
