Procedure

At the beginning of the group meeting there is opportunity for announcements and things you want to inform the group about. After the announcements, there will be a presentation (see below for a schedule).

Fika

On the following Tuesday, the group meeting presenter usually provides cake (or more generally fikabröd) for the Tuesday 3 o'clock fika.

Feedback

Responsible

Currently Thanos is the chair of the group meetings and Henrik KM takes minutes of all announcements and send them to the Chemical Physics mail list afterwards (time-scale varies #burn).

The schedule for the group meetings can be found in the common Google Calendar here. Sometimes announcements end up here (it's been a while, though).
