Medarbetarsamtal (Performance Appraisal Discussion)

The 2016 PAID meetings at GU are in May and at Chalmers in Sept-Oct. The current line managers assignment is in the Employees table. The notes from the meetings will feed into the yearly planning process VP2017.

  • Group A (~= senior faculty): 2016-09-05/2015-09-26
    • 2016-10-20 Status: all 14 done: (GeSc, AnSa, MaMy, NiBr, CaFu, JoHu, JvHa, MaSh, AlRu, WoAh, KoCl, LaKo, ChCa, DaSa)
  • Group B: Sep.-Nov.
  • Group C: Sep.-Nov.

Status 2014-11-16: 15 meetings were held during the week:

  • 10 meetings (60-90 minutes each) with "PostDocs and up" in the first week (2013-11-11/15)

  • 10 meetings in the second week (2013-11-25/29)

The first round of meeting was for the 25 employees on positions "from PostDoc and up" and it has now been completed.

This second round of meetings is for all the rest (mainly PhD students) whose contract lasts until at least March.
